Treatment
1. Ratio : Hanbo Vital 9215 to Water(Agent 1 : Water 20)
   Agitating the treatment liquid in the ratio of 1 to 20 and deeping the object into  the tank
   for 5-10 minutes. After that wash with water after deposition process and dry it.
   Treatment to be finished with the light green film on the surface.

2. Water cleaning is not essential process. But it needs water cleaning for removal of impurities
   and different material. HIgh degree paint adhesion needs water cleaning.

3. 1~2 minutes spray working process treats it with light green film on the surface.

4. Water cleaning is not essential. But 1 or 2 times water cleaning is essential for removal
    of impurities and different material.

5. When it needs supplement, Hanbo Vital 9215 only must be put into the tank. Supplement
    to be decided when light green color is not seen definitely by macrography.

6. Without drying process, it causes remaining of excessive residual impurities of the treatment
    liquid in the tank. It makes the tremendous loss on the goods of painting and quality.

7. In case of difficulty in drying process, remove carefully the floating material in the tank after 24 hours.
   Move the treatment liquid into the another tank and remove carefully the sludge on the bottom of the
   tank. Turn back the treatment liquid to the original tank. For supplement, refer to item No.5.
